Cheers to Christina Kibbe and the management at Peachtree Properties. Christina was outstanding as my family real estate agent; she went above and beyond through this difficult process.
The couple we purchased the home from was going back and forth so much that we almost canceled the deal. The biggest hurdle was when the appraisal came in $1,500 less than what was offered, meaning that was the new purchase price. The sellers tried to back out of cleaning the carpet and pressure washing the house and to take $500 off what they had agreed to pay on the closing. Christina knew we wanted the house, so she, along with the owners of Peachtree Properties, picked up the $500 difference.
